Hello and welcome, my name is Diana. Why am I here? Well, I actually got started as a wedding planner because I loved to plan events and gatherings, it was that simple! At the time, I quickly fell in love with wedding planning because it made it possible for me to work with clients that were celebrating one of the most happiest days of their lives, and I would be the one to help them get there! I knew right away that it's what I wanted to do professionally. It took 7 years of owning my own business and getting some distance from it to realize that I still want to be a part of this industry. So I married the things that I loved most about what I had with my event planning business, and decided that being a Virtual Wedding Assistant for other event professionals and prospective clients would be the best fit for me. It took hard work and dedication to become the business owner that I am today, and look forward to growing my business in this role as a Virtual Wedding Assistant.
I truly believe I have the best job in the world and couldn't imagine doing anything else. Working with wedding and event professionals who value the hard work I put into the work I do is incredibly rewarding.
These services would be for either a planner or client that feels bogged down by emails, inquiries, calendar and scheduling management. These services are most frequently requested by both event professionals and clients -- all customizable. When we meet during your complimentary 1 hour consultation we can determine what your individual needs are as well as well as pricing.

We can perform any of the above tasks on an as-needed basis. Fully customizable for both event/wedding planners and couples or clients.
You'll receive an email with the completed spreadsheet to hand off to your clients, or if you're the client it's now ready for you!
VENDOR WRAP-UP CONFIRMATIONS
Your Virtual Wedding Assistant will contact all vendors to confirm the wedding day logistics. This ensures every vendor knows what is happening and who is responsible for each task. You will be organized, prepared, and ready for your event.
